Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) igkbet account only. Opening multiple accounts under the same name, phone number, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. Any false or misleading information provided to igkbet constitutes a breach of these terms. IGKBet reserves the right to close any account found to be using invalid information without prior notice and without any refund.

• Your igkbet account password is your sole responsibility — do not share it with anyone.
• Report any suspicious activity or unauthorised account access to the igkbet support team immediately.
• IGKBet shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your password by a third party.

IGKBet only accepts deposits via approved payment methods listed on the platform. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods on igkbet are as follows:

IGKBet reserves the right to impose daily or monthly deposit limits at our discretion for compliance and security purposes. All successful deposits will be automatically processed and credited to your igkbet account balance.

All withdrawals from your igkbet account must be processed through the same payment method used for the original deposit, or a method approved by the igkbet verification team. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.

• Standard withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes for Malaysian e-wallets.
• Withdrawals to FPX bank accounts may take up to 1 business day depending on the bank's processing procedures.
• Withdrawals requiring additional review (exceeding RM 10,000) may take up to 24 hours to process.

All igkbet bonuses and promotions are subject to rollover requirements and the specific terms stated on each offer. In general, the following conditions apply to all igkbet promotions:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by members who meet the eligibility criteria of each promotion.
• The 150% welcome bonus is available exclusively for new igkbet member's first deposit only and may not be combined with any other deposit promotion.
• Winnings derived from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the rollover requirements have been met.

• All confirmed bets are non-cancellable except on grounds approved by igkbet.
• In-play bets (placed while a match is in progress) are final once confirmed — no cancellations are accepted after a bet has been received.
• Should a match be postponed or cancelled, igkbet will return the wagered amount to your account balance within 24 hours.
• Parlay (accumulator) bets will be voided if any single selection within the combination is cancelled or postponed.
• Odds displayed on igkbet are in Decimal (European) format. Accepted odds are fixed and will not change even if the current odds shift afterwards.
• Igkbet reserves the right to limit bet amounts for specific matches or markets at our discretion.
